I woke up this morning with Feist in bed next to me. It was perfect. We lay there with only love between us, adoration and appreciation for one another the only task of the day.
A Past Sunday

Once upon a Summer Sunday, my good friend James McCarthy came to visit. As the weather was so nice we took to the road and headed for Port Carlisle, a quaint little place just outside the city. As it is one of my favourite places, i thought it only fair to share its beauty with James. Us fellows had a marvelous time, and both look forward to more adventures to come.
The End.

It was such a beautiful Winter morning this Sunday that i had no choice but to have breakfast in my garden. I know that sounds a bit random considering it was thick with snow outside, but once wrapped up in dressing gowns and blankets it was really quite infinite.

A snowy Sunday trip to RE in Corbridge is what it was all about this week. One of the most beautiful shops that has ever traded. Below are some little snap shots of my purchases.
- Phrenology Tea Towel
- British Isles Tea Towel
- String
- Tape Recordings Cataloging Book
- Cardboard Number 5
- Rusty Metal Eiffel Tower and Rusty Metal Great Britain.

Today was terribly exciting, as today i met Father Christmas. Ok so i was really accompanying my 7 year niece but i still met him, so i have no problem with bragging about it.
Sunday nights are just not the same without a weekly dose of 'Downton Abby', however i have a feeling that my new favourite Sunday night TV show is 'Any Human Heart'. Logan Mountstuart, possibly the best name i've heard in a long time. Anyone else watch it tonight?..... Beautiful.

Not everyones ideal wake up call on a Sunday morning, but anyone who knows me will tell you of my obsession with dead animals and taxidermy, so naturally this fascinated me. Thank you naughty kitty, whichever one of you it was.
Anyway, enough of that. Today was all about cooking and baking delicious home made treats. I had already arranged to visit my lovely, and more importantly, hot ginger friend Helen Marshall for afternoon tea, and come on you can't arrive empty handed can you? Being a chilly and dull November afternoon i thought rice pudding would be simply perfect, and gosh it was indeed. Being the first time i've attempted it, i think i did a marvelous job (not that it was by any means hard, but still).

Yet again, DELICIOUS. We are quite the culinary team i'd say.

Not my usual Sunday. Sunday's are for spending money, not making it. However this week saw the opposite. My little Ruby Blue took to the road as part of a charity fundraiser my mum's friend was organising. Vintage treats for all.
