26.02.12

As i stepped out of my house at 8.33 am, there was not a soul to be seen or heard anywhere.
The early sun had not been risen long, and the streets were light and hazy.
As i crossed the main road and walked down the tree lined path towards the river, a sudden chorus of bird song hit me like the most beautiful of symphonies. Above me the orchestra of birds were darting along the invisible staves; Robins, Starlings, Blue Tits, Sparrows, Black Birds, each one becoming the quavers and semi quavers of the notated score.
